Improved color accuracy ✨

Previously, when uploading a photo to PortraitMode, the color space was converted from whatever profile was embedded into sRGB. This process sometimes led to color shifts and less accurate representation of your photos.

We’re excited to announce a major enhancement to our image handling system! Starting now, PortraitMode will no longer convert your uploaded images. Instead, we’ve implemented Imagick, a powerful image processing tool that preserves the original color profile & quality of your photos.

our photos will now retain their original color accuracy, exactly as you intended. Whether your image was shot in Adobe RGB, sRGB, or any other color space, it will be displayed with the colors you captured.

Why the Change?

The switch to Imagick allows us to handle images more accurately. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible platform for showcasing your street photography, and this update is a significant step in that direction.

We believe this improvement will make a noticeable difference in how your images are presented on PortraitMode.
