Thanks! The concept came to me as I was standing on a corner in Times Square watching the sequence of ads. I took several shots but ended up either with the ad I wanted but too many people, or the one subject but not in the right place and/or not with the ad I wanted. The trick was to wait for that last straggler to cross just as the light turned green. This is the shot I got. I wanted it to be black and white but it works better in color.
I don’t like reflections when they keep parts of the real subjects, it just makes me want to look at those the right way up and they then look just boring. This one here has so many details to look at, I think you just nailed it.
I’d like to see it in a higher resolution though. I’ve recently started using Google Photos to host my street images – after I saw it used by Dante Sisofo on his website.
